The application provides two basic methods for calculating an employee's leave balance, as follows:
1- According to the Saudi Labor Law. Here, the application will calculate 21 days for the employee during the first five years, then 30 days starting from the beginning of the sixth year.
2- According to the private establishment's leave regulations. Here, the application will request the entry of the number of leave days for each calendar year.
Compliance: The application is designed by default to comply with the Paid Leave Law issued by the Saudi Ministry of Labor and Social Development, such as maternity leave, childbirth leave, marriage leave, and other leave types.
The number of days can be adjusted as needed. It is also designed by default to comply with the Labor Calculator issued by the Saudi Ministry of Justice regarding the method of calculating employee leave balance.
The Mojiz system also allows the user to specify the starting date of an employee's current leave balance when the employee has previous leave. This will be calculated retroactively to ensure the accuracy and validity of the results.
