The app allows the authorizer to control the range of employee attendance documentation from approximately 40 meters to 230 meters through a tool that outlines the required range.
It also allows control of the time of attendance.
The app also allows the authorized person to monitor the current attendance status by displaying the names of employees at each branch, indicating their status as present, excused, absent, or late.
Restrictions and Ensuring the Accuracy of Results:
1. The app prevents documentation from more than one account on the same device.
2. The app allows documentation in an emergency situation, if an employee is unable to document for any reason. The employee's device location coordinates will be sent to the direct manager.
3. The app allows the issuance of a record containing documentation data for all employees at a specific location, or a record of documentation for a specific employee, including the device location coordinates and serial number of the device from which the documentation was performed.
